Mixed and Metal Scrap
In Germany about half the amount of resources which are required for the production of metal comes from secondary raw materials such as discarded metal and scrap. Thanks to our treatment solutions the metal parts which are contained in different types of scrap are carefully exposed and end up in output hoppers defined according material type at the end of the process.
The technology at a glance:
- suitable for bulky and commercial waste, rejected mixed fractions, industrial waste and rejects containing non-ferrous metal, rejects from the automotive industry
- composite materials are disintegrated and ground by means of our Cross Flow crushing technology
- material is crushed down to particles with different (depending on the smallest size the material can be physically broken down into) or defined grit sizes
- multi-stage treatment process that consists of crushing/disintegration of composites, screening/classification and sorting
- choose between fully or partially automated or manual sorting steps
- plants consist of individual components which can be added or removed according to the specific requirements in each application
