Electronic Scrap
Increase sorting accuracy, maximise profits
About 50 percent of the materials contained in electronic scrap are metals such as iron, aluminium and copper. The recovery of as much metal as possible should be the main goal to be pursued in every recycling process designed to treat e-scrap. With the help of our system solutions, the generation of exceptionally clean material fractions in addition to a high recovery rate is not a goal but a standard performance.
The technology at a glance:
- composite materials are disintegrated and ground by means of our Cross Flow crushing technology
- material is crushed down to particles with different (depending on the smallest size the material can be physically broken down into) or defined grit sizes
- different treatment stages:
- dismantling line for disassembly of electronic scrap (WEEE), washing machines, cooling units, consumer electronics, etc
- disintegration of metal/plastic composites
- processing of scrap cable
- recycling of tv tubes
- multi-stage treatment process that consists of dismantling/disassembly, crushing/disintegration of composites, screening/classification and sorting
- choose between fully or partially automated or manual sorting steps
- plants consist of individual components which can be added or removed according to the specific requirements in each application
